Steps to selling a property:

Selling your primary residence in California involves several steps and I would help you with every step of the way. Here's a general overview:

Each scenerio is different and I am here to walk you through the whole process to make it as stress-free as possible.
You can be as hands on or off as you'd like.
I have a full team of dedicated handymen, contractors, painters, plumbers, roofers, and stagers all at the tips of my fingers. 

2. Prepare Your Home:

Get your home in top condition by making any necessary repairs, decluttering, and staging it to appeal to potential buyers.

3. Set the Right Price: 

We will work together to determine the optimal listing price based on market conditions, comparable sales, and your home's features. If there are repairs or upgrades you'd like done prior to going live, I have a list of handymen and contractors whom I've worked with on prior listings. 

4. List Your Home: 

I will list your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other relevant platforms to attract potential buyers.

5. Market Your Home:

Utilize various marketing strategies such as online listings, open houses, and signage to showcase your home to potential buyers.

6. Negotiate Offers: 

Review and negotiate offers from interested buyers with the guidance of your agent. Consider factors like price, contingencies, and closing timeline.

7. Accept an Offer: 

Once you've accepted an offer, the buyer will typically conduct inspections and finalize their financing.

8. Complete Disclosures: 

California law requires sellers to provide certain disclosures about the property's condition and history to the buyer.

9. Close Escrow: 

Work with a title company or escrow agent to facilitate the closing process. This involves signing the necessary documents and transferring ownership of the property to the buyer.

10. Move Out:

Coordinate with the buyer to vacate the property by the agreed-upon closing date, allowing them to take possession of the home.

11. Finalize Details: 

Tie up any loose ends, such as canceling utilities and forwarding mail, to complete the sale smoothly.
